Mid-infrared femtosecond optical frequency combs

The goal of my research in Prof. Ashihara’s group is to explore novel approaches of generating mid-infrared frequency combs. The combs with dramatically improved precision, sensitivity, recording time and spectral bandwidth may lead to new discoveries in various fields.
